What payments cover

Domiax accepts payments for listing credit packages and domain purchases. The checkout summary shows the package or domain, amount and currency before payment. There is no recurring listing subscription in this flow.

Listing credits

Credits are used for eligible fixed-price or auction publication actions. Submitting a domain and completing ownership verification are separate from publication. Your credit balance and usage history appear in your account. Buying credits does not enable selling or bidding permissions, guarantee auction approval or guarantee a sale.

Payment methods

The checkout displays the methods currently enabled by the administrator. Card Payment uses the configured card provider, and PayPal appears when enabled. Payment information is entered on the provider’s secure payment interface; Domiax does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Provider fees or currency conversion charges may apply under the provider’s own terms.

Payment confirmation

A pending payment record is not proof that payment was received. Credits or paid orders are confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful payment. If you see a charge but no confirmation, contact support with the transaction reference before making repeated payments. Never send full card details to support.

Domain purchases

The cart can contain fixed-price domains and auction winnings. Fixed-price items may be removed before checkout; auction winnings remain committed purchases. Domain transfer starts after payment confirmation and requires cooperation between buyer and seller.

Commission and seller payout

Fixed-price and auction sales may have different commissions. The sale record shows the gross amount, site commission and net seller amount. Payout is not processed before transfer completion. After completion, the net amount becomes pending payout and is processed through the administrator-managed payout procedure. Processing time can depend on payment checks and the receiving payment service.

Payment problems

Contact support for failed payments, duplicate charges or discrepancies. Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Changes to payment settings or credit package prices apply as shown before a new checkout; completed purchases retain their recorded transaction amounts.
