Using Domiax

Domiax provides dropping-domain research and a marketplace for seller-owned domains. By using the website, you agree to use it honestly and follow these terms and the published payment, refund and privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, verify your email and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for actions taken through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Buying, selling and bidding

Browsing and buying fixed-price domains do not require selling permission. Fixed-price selling, auction submission and auction bidding require separate account authorization. Listing credits are required for eligible publication actions, as shown on the website. Permission to use a feature may be suspended when misuse or security concerns arise.

Seller responsibilities

List only domains you own or are authorized to sell. Keep descriptions, prices and ownership information accurate. Do not list stolen domains or names offered in violation of another party’s rights. Ownership verification checks control at the time of the check; it is not a guarantee of trademark clearance, commercial value or transfer eligibility.

Auction commitments

Place bids only when you intend and are able to pay. Do not bid on your own domain, create artificial bidding activity or coordinate misleading bids. A winning bid is a commitment to purchase, and auction winnings cannot be removed from the cart like an ordinary fixed-price item. Follow the displayed auction schedule, bid increments and closing time; the closing time may be extended by bidding rules.

Payment and transfer

Complete payment through the website checkout. Payment confirmation does not itself transfer domain ownership. The seller must cooperate with the domain transfer and provide a valid authorization code where required. The buyer must complete the registrar steps and confirm receipt only after gaining control of the domain. Follow the transfer window shown for the order; registrar restrictions can affect the process.

Seller payouts

The applicable commission is deducted from the sale amount. Funds are not available for payout before transfer completion. Once the transfer is confirmed complete, the net seller amount becomes pending payout. Support or administrators may investigate unresolved transfers, payment problems or suspected misuse before completing the process.

Dropping domains and external links

Dropping-domain dates and availability information may change or be inaccurate. A name shown on a dropping list is not guaranteed to become available or to be secured by you. External availability checks are provided for convenience and lead to independent providers. Their terms, pricing and privacy practices apply. Domiax does not register or catch domains on your behalf through these links.

Communication and support

Use platform messaging for buyer and seller communication. Do not share passwords or payment credentials in messages. Report payment and transfer issues through support. Only authorized administrators initiate refunds after reviewing the issue.

Service changes and misuse

Features, schedules and prices may change. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We may restrict listings or accounts associated with fraud, abuse, infringement or attempts to bypass security. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
